The Resonance Method™
A Resonance Method™ session consists of four movements
Ground, Read, Touch and Hold.
They're the way you structure a treatment, and the order you'll learn them in over the twelve weeks of your training.
Ground.
Before you touch anyone, you arrive.
Your state is the first ingredient in the treatment — your own regulation shapes what a client is able to feel, no matter how great your products are.
You'll learn energetic hygiene, self-grounding techniques, and the personal opening and closing rituals that hold both you and your client through a session.
Touch.
Then the hands-on portion of the treatment begins.
You'll watch me work in real time and follow along, picking up movement, pressure, pacing and flow the way this work is actually passed down — hand to hand. Facial and scalp massage, session flow, the quality of contact that turns a sequence into a transformational experience.
You take the material and shape it into something that's yours.
This is what the two In the Room sessions are for — you'll follow my flow through my signature best-selling Meditation Facial and my Flow Facial Massage, and learn to make my techniques your own.

Before you do anything else with your client, you listen — to the skin, the body, and the person in front of you.
Holistic skin assessment goes beyond the barrier and the breakouts.
You'll learn to read skin in the context of the nervous system, the season and the stress load, and to consult in a way that lets a client tell you the truth about what's really going on.
Hold.
Around all of it, the container that makes a treatment feel like a ceremony rather than a clinical appointment that ends abruptly.

Twenty-seven years of hands-on work in skin.
For fourteen years, I've built my practice through Kinder Life and Ceremony of Self, creating spaces where advanced facial technique meets intentional touch, ritual and ceremony. I still work with clients three to four days a week, because the treatment room is where everything I share is continually refined, tested and brought to life.
My approach blends advanced facial technique with nervous system care, touch, ritual and ceremony, alongside a deep understanding of the relationship between the skin, the body and the person receiving the treatment. I've mentored holistic facialists across Australia and internationally, and spent three years as a panellist for the Clean & Conscious Awards.

What does a typical week look like?
Live teaching Mondays at 10am AEST. Thursdays at 10am AEST alternate fortnightly between a second teaching session and live Q&A. Two In the Room sessions across the twelve weeks. Everything is recorded, and the online community is open the whole way through.
Do I have to attend live?
Coming live keeps you accountable and connected to the group, but every session is recorded and the community means nothing is lost if you miss one.
I'm not in Australia - does that work?
Yes. Sessions are recorded, the workbook releases a week ahead, and the online community runs around the clock. No matter where you are in the world, this training will support you.
What do I need?
A device with reliable internet, a treatment bed and a willing model, and your existing back bar. Nothing else needs to be purchased.
Is this a formal qualification?
No. Resonance is professional development, not accreditation. You'll receive a certificate of completion.
